Very spacious and clean room, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. Good location, with easy access to the city center and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was very slow and unreliable, which was a huge disappointment. the blanket on our bed was too thick, which made us sweat during the night.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for three people. The bathroom was large and accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main shopping area and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff, despite their limited English, were friendly and went out of their way to help with luggage and arranging transportation.

Our room faced west and got unbearably hot in the evening. The blanket provided was too thick, making it uncomfortable to sleep and causing us to sweat.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a unique Japanese-style design. The location was convenient, with the main shopping area and restaurants within a short walking distance. The hotel also had convenient stores nearby for any immediate needs. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location to the city center were the best aspects of this hotel.

No negatives from this place.
